The Iowa Pest Management Association was established in 1948.  The objectives of the organization are

1) to promote high standards of conduct and ethics in the pest management industry,

2) to foster research and diffusion of knowledge of the industry among our members, and

3) to cooperate with the National Pest Management Association and with government and education authorities for the good of the community and the industry.
